Responsibilities

Assist with material and equipment staging for maximum efficiency; set up and align forms to create walls, pillars, walkways, and other structures
Assist in maintaining a proper supply of concrete so that operations remain constant
Guide the concrete to the proper place; direct the driver of the mixing truck as to where to best be positioned; smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools
General clean-up of site and building organization; track small tools used and store appropriately at the end of the workday
