Riddle’s Group is excited to expand our portfolio with the launch of our concrete division. We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction, no prior experience required. We are committed to training and developing the right candidates. The Construction/Concrete Laborer plays a key role in supporting concrete operations, assisting with site preparation, pouring, and finishing work. This position works closely with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including grading, forming, and material staging
- Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors
