About The Position

Signature Labor Services is seeking Concrete Form Carpenters for a commercial construction project in Bossier City, Louisiana. The role involves building and setting concrete forms, installing rebar, and assisting with concrete pouring and placement. Requirements

• 1–2 years of concrete form carpentry experience.
• Previous commercial construction experience.
• Experience building and setting concrete forms.
• Knowledge of rebar installation and concrete placement.
• Valid REAL ID required for jobsite access.
• Must be able to complete required drug screening and applicable background screening.
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work.
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Must provide and wear required PPE: hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses, and work gloves.
• Must comply with the Substance Abuse Prevention Policy.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and set concrete forms according to project requirements.
• Install, position, and tie reinforcing steel (rebar).
• Assist with pouring and placing concrete and with finishing preparation.
• Strip and remove concrete forms after concrete has cured.
• Work alongside construction crews to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
