Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Nice To Haves
- Construction, flooring, painting, epoxy, or concrete experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically active environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and repairs
- Apply high-performance concrete floor coating systems for garages, basements, pool decks, patios, and commercial spaces
- Operate installation equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the DiGiorgi brand professionally
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
