About The Position

Guardian Garage Floors is an established and rapidly growing company looking for full-time floor coating installers. Competitive pay! Paid on the job training provided. Growth opportunities. Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team. No experience necessary, PAID on the job training provided. Paid Vacation & Holidays. Overtime eligible position. Year round work available.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required.
• On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.
