About The Position
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is seeking individuals for an Entry Level Concrete Coatings Installer position in the Connecticut area. This is a full-time role where you will be part of an established company that invests in its team and offers opportunities for career growth. The company transforms concrete surfaces into beautiful, protected, and easy-to-clean areas. As a Concrete Coatings Installer, you will work on a team of 2-3 installers applying long-lasting coatings to concrete. This involves grinding, cleaning, and preparing surfaces before applying the coating system. You will also interact with clients and other team members with a friendly disposition and assist with other team needs. The role offers a sense of accomplishment from transforming plain surfaces into attractive finished spaces that customers appreciate.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Nice To Haves
- Experience in painting, seal coating, landscaping, roofing, asphalt, or manual labor
- Medical card
- Trailer driving experience
- Basics of painting, epoxy application, working with concrete or related positions
Responsibilities
- Work on a team of 2-3 installers applying coating to concrete.
- Transform surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and preparing them.
