As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside experienced Foremen and crew members on concrete repair and leveling projects, including PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and learning valuable skills in the construction and home repair industry.
Requirements
- Previous construction, concrete, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in different weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Dependability and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to commute to Manassas, VA.
- English required
Nice To Haves
- Concrete leveling or repair experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman and crew with concrete leveling, lifting, sealing, and repair projects.
- Help prepare job sites, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Support the application of PolyLevel, NexusPro, SealantPro, and other concrete repair products.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Perform physical labor on residential concrete repair projects.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
- Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment.
- Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
- Attend team meetings and safety meetings as required.
