Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Able to work along the Wasatch front (from Brigham City UT to Springville UT and everywhere in between).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and continue to pass random drug tests.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Level 1: Builder Program graduate or shows skills equal to a program graduate, possesses rudimentary carpenter and forming skills.
  • Level 2: Proficient in all carpenter and forming skills required to form concrete.
  • Level 3: Proficient in layout and plan reading. Capable of taking plans and completing the work with minimal supervision. Capable of mentoring and supervising others.
  • Must become familiar and compliant with Hogan’s safety program and OSHA regulations.
  • Must maintain fitness level sufficient to handle his/her required work load.
  • Must become Hogan certified before operating equipment.
  • Understands, is familiar with, and follows power tool safety requirements.
  • Is always vigilant and aware of his/her own safety as well as the safety of those around him/her.
  • Actively attends and participates in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.
  • Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
