About The Position

American Concrete Products is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Carpenter to build and assemble forms and reinforce concrete structures. The role involves interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, setting forms, tying rebar, placing concrete, and removing forms. The carpenter assists with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces and works with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. This is full-time, year-round work. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The hiring process includes a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, reference check, and employment verification. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
Ability to solve mathematical problems to measure materials needed to construct forms.
Ability to use carpentry tools such as hand saws, electric saws, and drills.
Experience tying rebar using pliers.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of previous carpentry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Shape or cut materials to precise measurements and assemble wood or other materials to the required size to build forms.
Set forms, tie and reinforce rebar, place concrete, and remove forms.
Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Operate tools and equipment such as trowels and power screeds.
Collaborate with team members to support an efficient workflow and timely project completion.
