Concierge (Full-Time) | Luxury High-Rise - Seaholm District
About The Position
Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished, service-oriented Concierge to serve as the welcoming presence of The Modern Residences, a luxury multifamily community in downtown Austin’s Market District/Seaholm District. The Concierge greets residents, guests, and vendors; manages building access; and serves as a trusted contact for daily needs while protecting residents’ privacy and delivering professional, exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This full-time role offers flexibility to cover morning or afternoon shifts and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. The Concierge also supports resident relations, responds to concerns and emergencies, and accurately records activity, packages, and deliveries using BuildingLink.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
- Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Manage building access and guest and vendor check-ins.
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
- Respond to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
- Accurately log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
- Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
- Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
