About The Position

Our Senior Living Community in Wildwood, FL is seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to join our team. As our Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality of customer service for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during weekends and scheduled shifts. This role is specifically for the overnight weekend shift.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficient in basic office software
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Familiar with the BILD sales system.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and residents with a smile, making them feel right at home.
  • Answer a multiline telephone, screen calls, and direct them to the right place.
  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Be prepared to carry out emergency procedures when needed.
  • Oversee weekend activities to keep our residents engaged.
  • Note any areas or articles in need of repair and report them to the Assistant Director.
