Concierge Full Time Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Concierge who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee and guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Concierge Team currently reports to the Director of Rooms . Work authorization for the location is required. Requirements

  • We are looking for individuals who have minimum two years of related work.
  • Applicants are required to have high analytical and organizational skills.
  • Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn is a must.
  • This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. (50%)
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner. (10%)
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (100%)
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (100%)
  • Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests. (10%)
  • Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages. (5%)
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing. (5%)
