Part-Time Concierge, Jackson Hole
About The Position
The Concierge plays an integral role in creating an exceptional service experience for Exclusive Resorts members. The role involves communicating with members and guests to make pre-arrival arrangements, handling correspondence, and developing and managing relationships with suppliers such as activity companies, restaurants, and transportation providers. As the local representative for Exclusive Resorts, the Concierge is expected to have thorough knowledge of the destination and demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, follow-through, sound judgment, and decision-making ability. The Concierge plans itineraries and reservations, handles pre-arrival requests, prepares residences before guest arrivals, and remains available to guests for travel needs. The role also includes orienting members to residences and services, coordinating requested special events, conducting tours for prospective members, and ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained. The position is part-time and based in Jackson Hole.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the destination.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, follow-through, good judgment, and strong decision-making skills.
- Flexibility with work days and hours.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in legible, grammatically correct writing.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an active concierge is preferred (2–4 years).
- Creativity and enthusiasm for creating member experiences that go beyond expectations.
Responsibilities
- Plan itineraries, activities, and reservations in advance for arriving members.
- Respond to communications from members, the Company, and its affiliates within 24 hours of delivery.
- Handle and facilitate pre-arrival grocery requests and site delivery as requested by members.
- Visit residences before guest arrivals and ensure they are in condition according to Exclusive Resorts' rules and regulations.
- Remain readily available to guests by cell phone and landline for member travel needs.
- Orient members to residences and services upon arrival.
- Provide professional and courteous service related to members’ use of the property and enjoyment of surrounding attractions.
- Communicate availability and contact information for support staff on days off.
- Manage and coordinate special events requested by members.
- Conduct tours of units for prospective members as an Exclusive Resorts representative.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained according to Exclusive Resorts' rules and regulations, and direct efforts appropriately when standards are not met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
