Lake Seminole Square is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. The Concierge is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors. Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. You will be the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.

Responsibilities

Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers.
Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable).
Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public.
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents
