Now seeking a Concierge team member to join Cypress Cove! Position is PRN. Weekends are a must. Requirements

A service-oriented attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Someone who can maintain confidentiality of information (computer, paperwork, and medication) that is kept at the front desk.

Responsibilities

Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Operating a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate areas.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Maintaining resident phone list and away list.
Takes information and produces work order requests for maintenance and housekeeping services using WorxHub system.
Booking and maintaining guest room reservations.
Performing clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, maintaining spreadsheets and pulls resident information from Point Click Care.
Manages outgoing postal mail.
Accepts and logs pharmacy orders.
Notifies residents of pharmacy items and dry cleaning.
