Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk or Concierge role in a luxury hotel
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Exceptional communication and written communication skills.
  • Customer/client orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work efficiently within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests and provides general assistance to guests, peers, and other department employees & leadership.
  • Manage guest inquiries regarding the hotel, offerings, and experiences.
  • Anticipate and assess guest’s needs, responds promptly and acknowledge all guests.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel services and surroundings.
  • Offers directions, recommends restaurants or area attractions, and makes reservations or travel arrangements upon request.
  • Accepts packages or arranges for scheduled deliveries.
  • Utilize hotel systems to ensure all guest requests are completed.
  • May assist with guest check-in or check-out.
  • Maintains in a professional and kind manner at all times while communicating with hotel guests and other hotel departments.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
  • Responsible for professionally handling all guest complaints and reports them to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
