About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests, directing calls and maintaining the presentable upkeep of the lobby and common areas daily. The Concierge must represent the company and its relations with residents and employees, reflect the attitudes, policies and general personality of the property.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years front desk, office, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Consistent work history
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Computer knowledge
  • Filing experience
  • Reliable
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Vision sufficient to read reports, instructions, correspondence, and other written material pertinent to the job.
  • Hearing sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, both in person and by telephone.
  • Speech coherent to interact with guests.
  • Physical mobility sufficient to move about in office and properties including climbing stairs and to drive an automobile and operate office machines.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all guests, residents, and potential residents.
  • Answering and transferring calls to the respective property employee.
  • Responding to inquiries pertaining to the property from guests or residents.
  • Ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
  • Monitoring and controlling general lobby and common areas to ensure adherence with company policies.
  • Assisting with any deliveries or vendors as they arrive at the property.
  • Collecting any service request from residents and distributing to the maintenance staff.
  • Assisting managers and other staff members with work to be done.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and displaying a good attitude at all times.
  • Reporting immediately any incidents or accidents occurring on the site to the Resident Manager.
  • Performing tasks assigned by management related to entire property operations, which comprise of tasks in the Business/Leasing and Engineering offices.
