About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and professional concierge with a strong work ethic to join our team. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including greeting visitors, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This position requires at least 5 years of experience, with potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an extroverted personality.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Slack.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
  • Capable of keeping information organized and confidential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the local area to assist visitors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors with a welcoming attitude.
  • Provide information and answer the telephone or console switchboard efficiently.
  • Receive and send packages via couriers, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain visitor logs and call records while issuing security passes and badges.
  • Manage the boardroom schedule and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide additional administrative support, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
  • Ensure ID verification is performed for all guests, emphasizing security protocols.
  • Ensure guests wear visible badges and guide them throughout their visit.
  • Collect guest badges at the end of visits to maintain accurate visitor records.
