Concierge (Part Time)
About The Position
The Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to high-end residents and their guests. Reporting to the Hospitality Director, this position creates a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy. The role is located at Balfour Central Park, 2979 Uinta St, Denver, CO 80238, and is part-time on Thursdays and Fridays. Shift lengths are flexible, including the option for extended 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $19.50–$20.50 per hour, depending on experience. Kisco Senior Living describes itself as an award-winning leader in the senior living industry for over 30 years. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Six months to one year of front desk, receptionist, or resident relations experience.
- Basic competency using multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based applications, and custom applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Senior living experience is a plus.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and guests entering and leaving the community.
- Assist residents with requests as needed.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area.
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel.
