About The Position

Alisal, a luxury 10,500-acre working ranch and resort in Santa Barbara Wine Country, is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Concierge. This full-time regular position serves ranch guests, group customers, and visitors primarily by phone and email, with occasional guest-facing interactions. The Concierge curates guest itineraries, organizes amenities, shares information about Alisal’s offerings and experiences, and works closely with all departments to meet guest needs. The role partners directly with the Front Desk and Bell teams.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience; ideally, two years in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Computer literacy, including Outlook, Microsoft, Teams, and Excel.
• Desire to establish outstanding, authentic, and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
• Integrity, dependability, and adaptability.
• Ability to multitask with heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to work on site and stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work indoors, occasionally outdoors, and in varying temperatures.
• Open availability to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States after an offer and before employment.
• Conditional offer is subject to a criminal background check.
