About The Position

Join the Willow Valley Communities Team as a Concierge at the Clubhouse! Are you passionate about creating welcoming, memorable experiences? Willow Valley Communities is looking for a Part-Time Concierge Front Desk Team Member to be the friendly face and first point of contact at our beautiful Clubhouse! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our community—greeting Residents, assisting guests, and keeping everything running smoothly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–6 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and scheduling programs
  • Basic knowledge of phone systems and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to Residents with a customer-focused approach—no matter the task.
  • Warmly greet Residents, Team Members, and guests, offering directions and information with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Monitor and follow security procedures, including visitor sign-in and access.
  • Maintain a safe, inviting, and pleasant Clubhouse environment.
  • Answer and manage Concierge desk phone calls, emails, and radio communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule amenities and Local Table reservations.
  • Assist guests with basic use of Clubhouse amenities.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Clubhouse management team.
  • Monitor alerts (weather, building alarms) and communicate updates to Team Members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, assisting others as needed.
  • Manage key control processes and follow up on returns.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and preparing posters, flyers, and communications.
  • Submit maintenance and IT service requests through designated systems.
  • Stay informed on Willow Valley publications to assist with Resident questions.
  • Support the Lead Concierge and help train new Team Members.
  • Address Resident questions or concerns and connect them with the appropriate Team Leader.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and occasional housekeeping support when needed.
