The Clubhouse Concierge will represent and execute Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club standards of service excellence for all members, guests, callers, and its employees. The Clubhouse Concierge will provide timely and professional service responses via phone, email, and in person. The position requires a warm and friendly, pro-active, organized individual able to perform varied, diversified, and confidential administrative work which supports the successful completion of departmental functions, goals and objectives. Excellent administrative and communication skills are required. This position performs a variety of tasks to support a handful of senior managers.
