The Concierge & Executive Support Coordinator serves as the face of GreenShield and the first point of engagement for clients, senior leaders, executives, and VIP visitors, delivering a polished, executive-level experience that reflects the organization’s brand and values. This is a professional role requiring independent judgment, discretion, and a high degree of executive visibility. In addition to providing high-touch client and visitor engagement, the role supports executive and client environments, onsite events and meetings, office operations, and provides backup support for lease administration activities. This is not a general front-desk or clerical role.
