About The Position

The Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to high-end residents and their guests. Reporting to the Hospitality Director, the position creates a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring a high level of security and privacy. The role is full-time at Balfour Central Park in Denver, Colorado, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Flexible shift lengths are available, including extended 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $20–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or resident relations experience.
• Demonstrate basic competency using multiple forms of technology, including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based applications, and custom applications.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Senior living experience is a plus.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests entering and leaving the community.
• Assist residents with requests as needed.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area.
• Respond to emergencies and provide support to emergency personnel.
