About The Position
The Spa Concierge is the first point of contact for spa guests, welcoming them, confirming visit details, and helping them explore enhancements and retail options. The role extends beyond check-in and check-out to creating memorable guest experiences, supporting the service team, and contributing to spa performance. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission on retail and enhancements. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and its management makes hiring decisions.
