About The Position

The Concierge welcomes guests and helps create a memorable stay by offering warm, attentive service, recommendations about the coffee shop and local area, and prompt solutions to guest questions or concerns. The role arranges for guests’ special needs, stays informed about shop operations and events, and supports Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van teams when needed. The Concierge also supports and oversees coffee shop operations, including transactions, inventory, cleanliness, and assisting the team. The position helps hire and train team members and encourages excellent service and teamwork. Employees are expected to maintain a polished appearance in accordance with uniform and grooming guidelines and follow brand and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
Comfort with financial data and basic math.

Nice To Haves

Relevant college coursework is a plus.
Hotel or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
