About The Position
Esplanade at Artisan Lakes is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Concierge. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist new homeowners and residents Schedule and coordinate spa appointments Support Members with questions and general inquiries Provide front desk coverage, including calls, emails, and check-ins Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown Conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues Receive and manage deliveries and inventory Maintain assigned areas to ensure tidy and organized spaces Support the Lifestyle Manager with special projects and events Perform other tasks as needed to support the team Physical Requirements: This is a very physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move furniture, assist with event setup and breakdown, and be actively involved throughout their shift. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable with heavy, hands-on, active work Previous experience in hospitality or administrative support is a plus
