About The Position

Worth Ross Management Company is seeking a polished, service-oriented Concierge for a luxury high-rise residential community at 70 Rainey in downtown Austin’s Rainey Street District. The Concierge is the welcoming presence of the community and provides elevated resident experiences in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. The role greets residents, guests, and vendors, manages building access, and serves as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while maintaining discretion, privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service.

This is a full-time afternoon position scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
• Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems.
• Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest and vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and requests, including coordinating authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
• Accurately log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
