About The Position

Sinai Residences is seeking a service-driven Concierge who will provide five-star hotel quality concierge service to our residences and one who understands the worth of superb customer service. A successful candidate will have a confident personality, an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, enjoy networking with residents, and be equipped with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Additionally, they should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel options, and entertainment scenes. Additionally, as a concierge, you will proactively anticipate the needs of residents and offer prompt solutions. Personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of the resident.

Requirements

• Two years of hospitality or Customer Service experience, strongly preferred.
• Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas, strongly preferred.
• Awareness of cultural events
• Computer knowledge, Outlook, Word, Excel, and must be comfortable using various applications at the same time.
• A Level II background check is required for all positions at Sinai Residences. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of this screening.

• Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry are desired.
