Requirements

  • One year experience in a public contact position.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience.
  • Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services.
  • Provide directions to hotel facilities or events.
  • Notify/assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.
  • Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned.
