The Concierge will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence for guests, proactively identifying their needs and opportunities to elevate their stay. This role involves communicating with various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences, providing personalized recommendations, and arranging special amenities and requests. The Concierge will also support VIP and special-occasion guests, assist with issue resolution, and maintain alignment with Front Office SOPs and Resort service standards. Additionally, the Concierge will maintain and curate guest-facing information spaces, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and partner with various departments for updates. The role also includes supporting hotel-hosted events and experiences, serving as a guest liaison during events, and sharing guest feedback with leadership. This is a self-directed role requiring strong ownership, accountability, and proactive communication with leadership regarding guest trends and opportunities, while working collaboratively across departments for consistent guest messaging.
