Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
  • Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants.
  • Communicate professionally and diplomatically.
  • Strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
  • Consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation with attention to detail.
  • Provide dependable clerical and computer support.
  • Adapt easily to administrative needs.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
