About The Position

Concierge Services Assistant Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is seeking a warm, welcoming professional to join our team as a Concierge Services Assistant, helping us create a service‑focused environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience with the use of phones, computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Must have the ability to learn and use internal programs quickly.

Responsibilities

Greeting residents, visitors, and team members in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Providing information, directions, and general assistance to residents and visitors.
Assisting with resident requests and service coordination across departments.
Notifying appropriate management or on-call team members of emergencies.
Providing administrative assistance to various departments and team members.
Monitoring lobby and common areas to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
Communicating effectively with team members regarding resident and visitor needs and concerns.
Maintaining visitor logs, sign-in procedures, and access protocols as required.
Responding appropriately to emergencies following established procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of resident and organizational information.
Providing occasional remote door access for visitors when Security Services are not available to respond.
Upholding customer service standards and represent the organization in a professional manner.
