About The Position
Riviera Health Resort Nursing and Rehabilitation is a state-of-the art 223-bed facility that offers guests a unique healthcare experience, combining post-acute and rehabilitative services within a boutique-hotel environment. Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this five-story Mediterranean-style building caters to the needs of guests who require short and long-term care as they transition from the hospital to their home.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess a basic knowledge of security procedures, regulations and current applicable laws, as well as procedures to follow during emergency situations.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge and security services.
- Monitor premises and ensure safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
- Respond to emergencies and follow established procedures.
- Interact with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
