Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, theme park, or similar)
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence across the venue
- Assist with directions, general inquiries, and visitor support
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and coordinate emergency teams
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and protect property and exhibits
- Control ingress and egress for both guests and employees
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Collaborate with site management and the security team to ensure site safety
