Concierge Security Guard - FT

As a Concierge Security Guard, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC Security License
- First Aid Certification (OFA Basic) – required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Previous concierge experience (minimum of 6 months)

Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Perform computer tasks
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
