We have an immediate need for a customer-service oriented Concierge/Resident Coordinator to join our award-winning property management team at one of our luxury apartment communities Sable, Jersey City, NJ. Summary: Offer personalized and high-level customer service and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional living experience by fulfilling requests and addressing concerns promptly. Operates PBX or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Meet and greet potential clients, residents, vendors and guests. Answers questions, takes service requests and provides information about the property when others are not available.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
