About The Position
The Concierge Representative supports the Concierge Department and coordinates with referring physician groups to ensure smooth and expedited exam entry. This job operates in an outpatient clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Requirements
- One plus year of customer service experience – healthcare preferred
- Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
- Adheres to Envisions’ Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies and attends annual Compliance training as set forth by the Company.

Responsibilities
- Works Concierge Referral Group’s orders when received via fax or EMRs.
- Performs order entry.
- Obtains needed clinical records.
- Works scheduling queues in an efficient manner and schedules and confirms patient appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
