About The Position

We're seeking an energetic, professional, and service-oriented Concierge Receptionist to be the welcoming face and friendly voice of our community. The Concierge Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive experience for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and team members
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Current Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Completion of annual continuing education requirements (company provided)
  • Ability to meet state licensing and health requirements
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, TB testing, and criminal background clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience
  • Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, guests, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Respond appropriately to resident emergency calls and notify the correct team members
  • Support department leaders with administrative projects, reports, and special assignments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with community tours for prospective residents and families as needed
  • Help create an inviting atmosphere that reflects Quail Park's commitment to hospitality and excellence
