Conduct routine patrols throughout the community to ensure safety and security Respond to resident requests and concerns via company phone in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach Assist residents with deliveries, including transporting packages directly to their door when needed Build positive relationships with residents, including frequent interaction with residents Monitor property activity and report any unusual or suspicious behavior Maintain clear communication with management and team members Maintain detailed activity and incident reports for each shift Perform wellness checks when requested for residents (as appropriate) Assist with coordinating guest/vendor access and ensuring proper authorization Provide light concierge-style assistance (directions, basic requests, community info) Ensure common areas remain secure and presentable during patrols Support emergency response procedures (fire alarms, medical calls, etc.) Proactively identify and report maintenance or safety concerns on property
