Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned points for security-related concerns, helping to control access and report maintenance, life-related, and property issues.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, noting tenant and visitor interactions, and relaying important updates during shift changes and/or to site leadership.
