About The Position

COMMUNITY, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Concierge for VILLA SANTA BARBARA, a premier retirement community in Santa Barbara, CA, that provides quality care to residents in an ASSISTED LIVING community. This role involves working Monday through Thursday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM. The community utilizes cutting-edge technology to enhance resident lives and improve job efficiency, including Advanced EHR Technologies for automated care assessments and Sage for improved call light response times.

Responsibilities

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
Greets and directs visitors to the community
Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Resolving customer questions and concerns
