Requirements

  • Part Time Schedule: 11p-7a

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Monitor daily “comings and goings” to maintain a safe and secure community environment
  • Remain calm, composed, and effective while responding to emergencies or urgent situations
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
  • Ensure adherence to all COVID protocols and safety guidelines for residents, guests, and employees
  • Support staff and management with day‑to‑day front desk operations as needed
