About The Position

We are seeking a qualified, service-minded ambassador for this exciting Luxury Concierge position. First impressions are lasting impressions! This is a full-time role where you will welcome all guests in a luxury environment, manage multiple priorities calmly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company’s standards, assisting with check-in and check-out, and creating a warm reception and farewell. You will handle all incoming Front Desk and Concierge phone calls, guest inquiries and requests, and provide hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay. This includes handling special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations) and identifying appropriate providers. You will also assist guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest, provide Philadelphia area information, special events, activities and happenings, and promote hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling. Additionally, you will assist in enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
  • Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
  • Minimum 2-years experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
  • Must be flexible with days and hours.

  • Previous luxury hotel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming Front Desk and Concierge phone calls to the hotel on a given shift.
  • Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
  • Handling all special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations) and identifying appropriate providers.
  • Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Provide Philadelphia area information, special events, activities and happenings to guests including detailed knowledge of the hotel, surroundings and amenities.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
  • Assist in enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.
