About The Position

Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concessions Supervisor is the accountability for our stands and sets the tone for our Concessions Team. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous supervisor experience in a related field or environment and is able to tackle hurdles with professionalism and compassion while still ensuring that the guests and clients are happy. This employee will have the ability to work holidays, nights and/or weekends (as needed). This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older (Required)
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role or field (Required)
  • TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
  • ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
  • Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
  • Willingness to accept operational changes, new procedures, and constructive comments

Responsibilities

  • Attends, participates, and conducts pre-shift huddles (as required)
  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments and tasks to their assigned stands and confirms completion
  • Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service in accordance with Aramark’s standards, policies, and procedures
  • Prep assigned stands by unlocking doors and equipment
  • Verify stand signage is accurate and reflects the same in the Point of Sale (POS)
  • Ensures Stand Leads are properly conducting safety and food checks
  • Adheres to concession administrative tasks – including, but not limited to, discrepancy forms, inventory logs, order forms, etc
  • Ensures that food is stored correctly by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Assists with workstation set-up to include prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
  • Assists and delegates the proper tear-down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations
  • Serves food to customers and employees while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
  • Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including the checking of patron’s valid identification
  • Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
  • Ensures security of company assets
  • Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership
