The Concession Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a select group of concession stands or portable locations for an event. Concession Supervisors are responsible for ensuring quality product and service for several Concession stands by managing a group of concession stand workers, hourly employees, Temporary or NFP. The Concession Supervisor must be familiar with all food and beverage items available as well as prep techniques and quantities.
