About The Position
The Concessions Supervisor manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. This role oversees multiple concession stands, supports team members, helps maintain a safe environment during operating hours, and ensures that concession operations follow product-control, cash-handling, and food-safety practices.
Requirements
- At least one year of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of multiple concession stands while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greet guests, provide directions, and respond to their questions and needs.
- Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
- Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follow cash-handling policies and food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
