Requirements
- 1+ year of supervisor experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
- Organized individual with strong leadership skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as Point-of-Sale systems
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs
- Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
- Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests
- Guest satisfaction-oriented
- Applicant must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service standards
- Monitor inventory counts at beginning and end of each event
- Manage escalated guest inquiries
- Train team members on Point-of-Sale system and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Adapt to shifting stand assignments within the arena
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment
- Perform any other duties as assigned
