This is a PART TIME, EVENT BASED position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. Requirements

1-2 years of cashier or leadership experience preferred
Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
Walks and stands during entire shift
English reading, writing and math skills required
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English
At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to understand and assist guests with mobile order technology
Must be ServSafe certified
Able to accurately use POS system
Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
Responds to guest needs and requests
Adheres to location appearance guidelines
Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing
Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
Ensures all products are displayed and merchandised appropriately
Establishes rapport with guests/members
Always exceeds guest expectations
Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
Maintains service areas
Employs good safety and sanitation practices
Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
Communicates guest issues to management
Follows responsible alcohol service policies
Accurately uses POS system
Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
Helps fellow team members when necessary
Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
Effectively manage stand workers
Ability to train, coach, and delegate tasks
