About The Position

Cole's Flea Market is looking for an independent, energetic, friendly, highly motivated, team member to join our Concessions team! The ideal candidates must have a passion for people, EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and a self-starting work ethic. This position will be responsible for serving food to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience. This is a Part-Time, weekend position (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8am-5pm). We are motivated to hire immediately - Apply Now!

Requirements

Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and safely lift and carry Inventory.

Responsibilities

Completes opening and closing duties.
Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations.
Follows all local and state health regulations.
Requests customers’ orders and enters the orders into the register.
Notifies the kitchen of shortages and special orders.
Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures.
Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary.
Provides purchased goods to the customer.
Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments)
Assist in all areas of the concessions department, as needed.
Cleans all machines, equipment, and tools, as necessary.
Uses equipment correctly.
Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
